Manzer is a business graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). After completing his MBA, he successfully managed a major tobacco brand in the country - John Player Gold Leaf for almost two years. Prior to MBA, Manzer completed his Mechanical Engineering Degree from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore and served for over three years in GlaxoWellcome and National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. (NESPAK), the country's largest Consulting Engineering Organization involved in major engineering projects in Pakistan and abroad.

Manzer holds impressive track record in multi-national corporations he has served. He was rated as one among the best employees in British American Tobacco (BAT) in Pakistan.

Manzer is also a competent Tennis player, he holds University Color in Lawn Tennis, was Captain of the University Tennis Team and finalist in many national-level Tennis events in the country.
