BrainStorm Transcription Services is glad to announce acquiring a new capability that allows us to remotely enter doctors‘ dictations directly in their EMR systems. Our clients are very happy with the value addition they have been gaining by outsourcing their EMR management to BrainStorm Transcription Services. Our clients send us their dictations as usual; remotely our transcriptionists enter their dictated information directly in relevant sections of their EMR system. It has considerably improved the quality of documents entered in the EMR system and besides, it has relieved doctors from time consuming pain of entering information in their EMRs themselves and correcting speech recognition errors. BrainStorm Transcription successfully deploys a custom-built software application to completely automate its transcription operations.

The new system completely automates BrainStorm transcription operations. A single click will allow us to download dictations from multiple client sources, distribute these to the assigned in-house transcriptionists, collect the completed reports back from the transcriptionists as soon as these are complete, verify the report templates and send it back to clients after customizing filenames as per client requirements. The software application successfully concludes its beta-testing last month and is now fully functional and integral part of our transcription operations. The new application is expected to improve transcription system efficiencies. First annual audit conducted by ISO 9001 auditors complete successfully.

ISO certification team completes its annual review of ISO 9001 certification issued to BrainStorm a year ago. Satisfied with the continuing quality systems, they issued a note of satisfaction and renewed the certification.
