Secure Data Transfer

is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption, currently
the highest level of security, also used for online
credit card transactions. Our data transfer is powered
by reliable platforms of Verisign Inc. and Hillgraeve
Inc., leading Internet security service providers.
Data Confidentiality; in-house measuresWe
have strict in-house IT security policy to ensure client
data confidentiality. Each employee has signed CNDA
(Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements) to
ensure client data secrecy. Transcription lab PCs do not
have any external drives (CD, floppy etc.) installed.
Internet access to the transcription staff is limited to
few search engines (for searching latest drugs, terms
etc.). Downloading or uploading of data, checking of
emails is completely prohibited in the transcription
lab.
